What the L&T Internship Programs strives for:

The L&T Internship program offers students exciting and challenging opportunities in a real world broadcasting environment. L&T place a strong emphasis on real, on-the-job assignments and/or projects, all executed in a professional environment.

The time spent as an intern gives each individual the opportunity to evaluate Broadcasting as a future career opportunity. In turn, it also allows local radio broadcasters the opportuity to evaluate each intern as a potential future employee.

During the internship, each intern receives an evaluation based on the individual's performance and contribution to his/her respective area,. L&T will also provide everything neccessary for you to receive credit from your school.

Internship Candidates must be:

• Enrolled at a college or university,
• Receive college credit for their time/work.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any broadcast related field of study.
• Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors are encouraged to apply.
